1914 Cardiff Racecourse horse racing club badge Numbered 1

A very rare original First World War period ladies '1914 Cardiff Racecourse horse racing club gilt and enamel pin badge', the reverse impressed with first issue number '1'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent example.

During the First World War years Cardiff Racecourse Wales was closed, with the exception of the year 1914.
