Northern Counties Otterhounds hunt club enamel badge

A scarce original circa 1960's vintage period 'Northern Counties Otterhounds hunt club badge'; gilt brass red enamel oval title surround, the centre depicting a representation of an Otter peacefully swimming on blue enamel ground. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to enamel, gilt finish with minor wear.
Size 22mm. x 29mm.

The Northern Counties Otterhounds were established in 1903; their hunting covered areas of Northumberland, Durham and parts of Yorkshire.
