Veteran Reserve London officially numbered badge

A good original pre First World War period 'Veteran Reserve London gilt badge' small pattern example in the form blue enamel oval title, gilt Crown to voided centre, the reverse with maker's details 'J.R. Gaunt London' and impressed with official issue number '11965'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, minor graze to the enamel middle right, gilt finish remains bright.
