WW1 St Thomas's Defence Corps VTC badge

A very rare original First World War period 'Volunteer Training Corps badge'; small gilt oval white enamel title surround, the centre with crossed rifles on blue enamel ground. Very good condition, complete with original round buttonhole fitting, enamel with minor dings and surface scratches.
Height 19mm.
