WW2 Civil Defence ARP Services home front pin badge

A scarce original Second World War period 'Civil Defence lapel badge'; gilt and enamel rainbow style example similar to a device worn on the Civil Defence armlet that was introduced in 1940. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright. An excellent example.
