Awarded to 'Private Jesse Taylor from Latchford in Cheshire who volunteered for service with the South Lancashire Regiment, he landed in France on the 18th July 1915 and later transferred to the Machine Gun Corps. He was reported wounded with the MGC on the 15th August 1916 and again reported wounded in the casualty list, published on the 16th November 1918.
Good condition, complete with original silk riboon, Machine Gun Corps shoulder titles, wound stripe, suspension pin. Heavy VERDIGRIS staining to front and minor stain to reverse.
