A rare original First World War period '3rd Northern General Hospital Sheffield nurses badge'; gilt brass example bearing a red cross sheild resting on the title '3.N.G.H Sheffield'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
