WW2 Fire Watcher Phoenix in flames volunteer war workers badge

A scarce original Second World War period Incendiary bomb fire watcher civilian volunteer gilt brass and enamel badge, in the form of a 'phoenix in a flame' this example bearing blue enamel 'Fire Watcher' scroll below. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
