A scarce original early post 1953 period 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service hat badge', EIIR Crown surmounting Queen Alexandra cypher of red embroidered crossed initials 'A' and intertwined around a gold wire anchor, the reverse with black cotton backing and official low issue number. Very good condition, bullion remains bright.
