Shropshire Women's Institute WI badge by Vaughtons Ltd

A good original circa 1940's vintage period 'Shropshire Women's Institute WI badge'; gilt brass example in the form of a shield, the centre bearing 'the loggerheads' in blue and white enamel from the 'Coat of Arms'; the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'Vaughtons Ltd B'Ham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
