Saras Badge 2002 Robertsons approved Golly Leukaemia Research badge

A scarce original gilt example bearing a Union Flag, a research scientist and a nurse, the reverse impressed in relief with maker's details 'Toye, Birmingham England' 'Sara' and 'Robertsons Approved' with official low issue number '1508'. Very good mint condition, complete with original pin fittings, with safety roller catch in good working order, original presentation case inscribed 'GOLLY HELPING OTHERS' and Certificate of Authenticity.

'Sara's Badge' was the last authorised Robertson's badge to be issued. It was used to raise funds for the 'Leukaemia Research Charity'.
