Queen Alexandras Royal Army Nursing Corps QARANC 1957 silver medal

A very rare original Elizabeth II full size 'QARANC tippet badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1957 and maker's details 'M&B (Marples & Beasley). Good condition, complete with original full length silk ribbon with suspension bar and pin fittings, surface scratches to the front.
