Boy Scouts RS felt hat leather band long bar badge

A scarce original pre-war early issue 'Rover Scouts nickel badge'; the 'RS' initials incorporated in a long bar with turned ends to place on the leather band of a Scout Leaders large felt hat. Very good condition.
Width 39mm. plus ends.
