Civil Defence Royal Life Saving Society Respiration Service cloth breast badge

A scarce original wartime issue 'Royal Life Saving Society Respiration Service cloth badge', worn on the right breast pocket of battledress blouse by CD personnel who had an official qualification in artificial respiration; very dark navy almost black cotton patch, machine bound on two sides and bearing red silk cotton embroidered 'RLSS' logo, the reverse with black hessian backing. Good condition, colour remains bright.
