A scarce original Second World War period 'Inspectorate Of Fighting Vehicles standard control badge'; large chromium plate example, with yellow title surround, the centre bearing an embossed tank on red enamel ground (the Royal Armoured Corps colours) the reverse stamped with official issue number '944'. Excellent condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect, minimal wear.
