A scarce original example of a second pattern 'Group Scoutmaster Officer's lapel badge', brass circular example inlaid with green white green striped enamel, with yellow 'Boy Scout' motto scroll and an applied red arrowhead with stars. Very good condition, no damage to the enamel.
