A good original First World War period 'National Reserve West Lancashire badge', large pattern blue enamel gilt oval title Crown to voided centre, the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel with minor service wear in the 1 o'clock position, gilt finish remains bright.
