Kings College Hospital London School of Nursing badge

A scarce original post 1974 period 'King's College Hospital badge'; oxidised silver plated example, inlaid with green enamel, the central device depicting the 'Royal Crest' with Latin motto 'Sancte Et Sapienter' (With Holiness and Wisdom), the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorin Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original early style pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
