Trades Union Congress 1969 Portsmouth TUC pin badge

A good original annual 'TUC Portsmouth 1969 President J.E.Newton National Union of Tailors & Garment Workers badge'; circular gilt and enamel example surmounted with the embossed 'Arms of Portsmouth', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'F. Cobb & Co Ltd. Sheffield'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
