Butlins 1947 Ayr holiday camp Scottish dancing thistle man badge

A scarce original immediate post-war period 'Butlin's 1947 Ayr badge', gilded brass example displaying a dancing thistle man on tartan background, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'W.Reeves & Co Tenby St Birmingham 1'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, poor manufacturing overspill and underfill flaws, gilt finish remains bright.
