Bristol Mental Hospitals nurse and RMN qualification badge

A scarce original wartime 'Bristol Mental Hospitals nurse qualification badges'; gilded brass example the reverse with maker's details 'Marples & Beasley Birmingham' and inscribed 'T.Collingbourne May 1939'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, minor enamel loss lower point, gilt remains bright.
Height 37mm.
Together with a General Nursing Council registered mental nurse RMN qualification badge, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Limited Birmingham' and awarded to 'T.Collingborne R.M.N 20980 10.4.52'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, minimal wear.
