Royal Army Medical Corps Volunteer white metal collar badge c.1901 to 1908

A scarce original circa 1901 to 1908 period 'Royal Army Medical Corps Volunteer white metal collar badge'; King George V Crowned laurel wreath 'Rod of Asclepius' to voided centre, resting upon a 'Vols' tablet with title scroll below, the loops have been removed possibly at the time, to make it into a sweetheart brooch with pin fittings. Very good condition, minimal wear.
