A very scarce original First World War period fine quality 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service QARNNS silver buckle'; Crowned fouled anchor on domed ground, within a laurel wreath surround, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1914 to both loops and maker's details 'Page Keen & Page Plymouth'. Very good condition, complete with matching fixed loop and detachable loop.
