Institute of Almoners 1950 hospital silver union badge

A scarce original circa 1950 period fine quality 'Institute of Almoners silver badge' in form of a shield inlaid with blue enamel and bearing a two barred cross in white, the reverse impressed with London silver hallmarks for 1950, maker's detals 'Toye & Co Ld London' and inscribed 'Robinson A.E.' Very good clean condition, complete with original pin fittings with roller safety catch in good working order, enamel perfect. An excellent example.
