Girl Guides Brownie Promise badge by Mingware Ld circa 1941

An exceptional good original scarce early issue circa 1941 'Brownie Guide Promise badge', in the form of a gilded brass oval design depicting an embossed pixie, the reverse impressed in with unusual maker's details 'Mingware Ld B'Ham' and 'Girl Guides'. Excellent condition, complete with original pin fitting, hard to find with such minimal wear.
