WW1 Army Medical Service 1915 East Lancashire voluntary aid armband

A very scarce original First World War period white linen armband with applied felt red cross, three mother of pearl button fasteners impressed with clear ink stamp 'Army Medical Service 19.11.15' and additional stamp 'East Lancashire Voluntary Aid 1814'. Good condition, some staining and service wear.
