A good original turn of the century 'Church Lads Brigade hat badge', large brass example bearing the motto 'Fight The Good Fight' 'CLB' crest to voided centre. Good condition, retaining original two loop fittings and split pin., service wear.
Height 48mm.


The Church Lads' Brigade was founded in 1891 in Fulham by Walter Mallock Gee, their motto being 'Fight the Good Fight'. In 1978 they amalgamated with the Church Girls' Brigade to become the Church Lads' and Church Girls' Brigade.
