Boy Scouts Commissioner officer green enamel lapel badge.

A scarce original pre-1968 'Scouts Commissioner officer lapel badge', miniature gilded brass arrowhead inlaid with green enamel displaying a "C", the reverse with maker's details "Collins London". Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel with small nick above left star.
