Boy Scouts Rover Scouts 2nd Pattern Lapel Badge.

A scarce original second pattern silver plated arrowhead with dark green enamel “R.S” instead of stars and "Boy Scouts" scroll below. Very good clean condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel perfect and retaining a good percentage of its sliver plating.
