National Union of Miners Ireland Branch Strike 1984 -85 Irish NUM badge

A good original 'National Union of Miners badge'; gold chromium plated example bearing 'bubble finish' (a clear epoxy resin dome) the centre depicting a saw blade made up of hands, pit-head within, inscribed below 'Unity is Strength' '1984 1985 On Strike'; the reverse with maker's details "Badges Plus Ltd". Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings with safety roller catch in good working order.
