A good original circa 1940's 'The Missions To Seamen badge'; silver plated example in the form of a flag inlaid with blue enamel, displaying the "Flying Angel Symbol'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.

'The Missions to Seamen' is a Christian welfare charity serving merchant crews around the world. It name was changed to 'The Mission to Seafarers' in the year 2000.
