A rare original pre-1947 "Boy Scouts Honorary Surgeon Officer's lapel badge", circular brass example, green enamel ring to the edge, red cross on white enamel ground, yellow arrowhead with white stars to the centre. Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole horseshoe fitting, no damage to the enamel, minimal service wear.
