WW2 Observer Corps Pre-1941 silver tie pin badge

A scarce pre-1941 circular example, the centre depicting an Elizabethan coastwatcher holding a flaming torch and scanning the horizon, with title circlet "Forewarned is Forearmed" and "Observer Corps" inlaid with pale blue enamel and mounted on a slender bar, the reverse impressed "Silver". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
