WW2 Civil Nursing Reserve silver nurses badge by Lionel Smith & Co

A good origjnal Second World War period 'Civil Nursing Reserve' home front silver badge inlaid with red and blue enamel, the reverse stamped in relief "Sterling" and with maker's details "L.S & Co" (Lionel Smith & Co Birmingham). Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
