British Red Cross Society County of Wiltshire badge

A scarce original early issue 'British Red Cross Society County of Wiltshire gilt and enamel badge' named to lady, the reverse with maker's details "J.R Gaunt London" and inscribed "16003 Ethel Pullinger". Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, gilt toned.
Height 50mm.

The British Red Cross Society County / Branch badge was Instituted in 1911 and Discontinued in 1956.
