QAIMNSR 1933 hallmarked silver tippet medal badge

An original very scarce late issue full-sized 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve' tippet badge, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1933, maker's details "C&Co" (Carrington & Co. London). Very good condition, complete with original silk ribbon now with service wear.
