Labour Political Party membership trade union badge circa 1940

A very good original circa 1940's 'Labour Party membership badge', small pattern gilded brass example with well designed logo comprising of the word 'Liberty' across a 'Flaming Torch of Knowledge', crossed quill and shovel in background on red enamel ground, within a white circular title 'Labour Party', the reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright, an excellent example.
