Westminster Hospital London nurses buckle

A scarce original 'Westminster Hospital nurse's buckle', large quatrefoil silver plated polished backing with ornate oak leaf surround mounted with a silvered Crowned portcullis, the reverse complete with fixed belt loop and detached belt loop. Very good condition, minor wear to plating.
