A scarce original pre-union 'Boys' Brigade Sergeants' Proficiency badge' die cast nickel example in the form of a star bearing 'Sure & Stedfast' anchor without a cross behind. Very good condition, retaining original horizontal axle joint pin fitting (rusty) and rounded catch.
