WW1 British Red Cross Society 1914-1918 for war service MINIATURE medal

A very scarce original MINIATURE size mess dress gilt medal, the obverse with Red Cross within laurel wreath and surrounding title 'British Red Cross Society For War Service: 1914-1918', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and Latin motto 'Inter Arma Caritas' (In War, Charity). Very good condition, complete with original silk ribbon and suspension bar with pin fittings.
