American Red Cross GB&WE Great Britain and Western Europe badge

A scarce original circa 1940's 'American Red Cross G.B.&W.E badge'; small chromium plated example with red enamel title surround, red cross to the centre on white enamel ground; the reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
