Boy Scouts Scoutmaster Officer 4th Pattern lapel badge

A scarce original circa 1920's "Scoutmaster Officer's lapel badge", circular example inlaid with green enamel, bearing an applied bronze arrowhead with stars and "Be Prepared" motto scroll in yellow enamel, the reverse with maker's details "Collins London". Very good condition, retaining original horseshoe style buttonhole fitting, enamel perfect.
