RMS Franconia Cunard Shipping Line ships wheel pin badge

A good circa 1930's 1940's period 'R.M.S. Franconia Cunard Shipping Line gilt and enamel brooch', the Cunard Line company enamelled flag mounted to the centre of a ship's wheel. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect except for a hairline at 3 o'clock position and minor surface scratches.
Diameter 27mm.

'R.M.S. Franconia' was in service for 'Cunard Line' she started her maiden voyage 1923 and her last voyage in 1956.
