British Automobile Racing Club official BARC badge with 1971 bar

A rare original circa 1970's 'British Automobile Racing Club BARC Officials pin badge'; chromium plated example, the centre depicting the club's logo; a pale blue enamel shield with stylized lion over a chequered flag with 'BARC' initials and additional dark blue enamel 'Official' scroll; the reverse with maker's details "Butler 48 Vittoria St Birmingham". Excellent condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect and complete with yellow enamel 1971 bar.
