Boy Scouts Group Scoutmaster officer EPNS hat badge

A scarce original "Group Scoutmaster Officer's hat badge", Electro Plated Nickel Silver arrowhead in circle bearing "Boy Scouts" motto scroll below; the reverse impressed "E.P.N.S", maker's details "Collins London" and "Rd 535292" a design and patent year of 1909. Very good condition, complete with original green and white bristle plume and bobbles top and bottom, two flat loop fittings and retaining split pin, minimal wear to silver plating.
