WW2 Civil Defence lapel badge with five years service chevron

A good original wartime period 'Civil Defence badge' small silver plated oval with "C D" on blue enamel ground surmounted by a King's Crown, with additional red enamel inverted chevrons below representing five years service. Very good condition, retaining original buttonhole fitting, enamel loss to top stripe otherwise perfect.
