1908 London Olympic Games Competitor official badge

A scarce official issue silver plated badge from the '1908 London Olympic Games'; circular design depicting the head of Athena to the centre and title surround 'Olympic Games London 1908 Competitor' inlaid with blue enamel; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Vaughton Birmm' and officially impressed number '2093'. Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel, minor surface scatches.
