Royal College of Nursing & National Council of Nurses 1970 silver badge

A superb example of a silver gilt 'Royal College of Nursing & National Council of Nurses of the United Kingdom badge' the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1970, makers details "JRG&S" (J.R.Gaunt & Sons) and impressed with official issue number "EO3466". Very good mint condition, retaining original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch, no damage to the enamel, an excellent example.
