WW2 American Red Cross Great Britain war workers badge

A scarce Second World War period 'American Red Cross Great Britain' chrome badge with red enamel, the reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham", very good condition, original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
Diameter 19mm.

Worn by British volunteers staff who worked in the Canteens of the ARC clubs many of whom were WVS members.
