Borough of Halesowen Dudley cycling proficiency badge

A scarce circa 1940's gilt and enamel cycle badge "For Cycling Proficiency" bearing the title and Arms of the "Borough of Halesowen" Dudley. Very good condition, original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel very minor service wear around the edge, gilt remains bright.
